William K. (Bill) Hite
Founder and CEO

With having lived in the UK, the Netherlands, the US and now Germany, and having worked in most of the Western European countries and Asia, Bill Hite understands the importance of knowing local laws, regulations and customs. It is with this understanding that Bill founded Hull Speed Associates to assist companies in expanding abroad by bringing localization to a comprehensive range of services including Back Office, Technical Advisory and Professional Services.

Bill’s career includes twenty-four years in international accounting, finance and operations. Since 1996 Bill has focused on international expansion and corporate restructurings, raising funding in A and B rounds, and has had extensive SEC compliance experience. He founded several mid-sized companies, played a key role in a successful NASDAQ IPO, and has been part of more than ten M&A transactions.

Bill began his international career with Coopers & Lybrand in Boston, Massachusetts, and he holds a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. Before founding Hull Speed Associates, Bill held senior positions at TLP Leasing Programs, ON Technology Corporation, Networks Unlimited and Collax. Bill is a regular guest speaker at universities in Europe and the USA, and is a frequent contributor to CFO Magazine. He currently lives in the Bavarian countryside south of Munich with his wife and 2 children, but can frequently be found at airports across Europe and the USA.
